What is CAASA ?
CAASA is at the forefront of creating the future of travelling. We are focussing on smart design, affordable accommodation and sophisticated hospitality standards to deliver outstanding 5 star customer experiences. You are globally provided with fully furnished rooms and apartments, beautifully designed coliving spaces, extraordinary amenities, hotel-style services and inspiring events to make sure you get the most out of city living and settle in quickly.
Who lives at CAASA ?
Our guests come from Europe, the U.S., the Middle East, Africa and Asia. We welcome young professionals, digital nomads, business travellers, expats, couples and families at our locations. Most of our guests are between 18 and 40 years of age. They find the ideal place to relax and mingle with our residents in beautifully designed premises as we create an open-minded amosphere that inspires and fosters social interaction.
What's expected of me at CAASA locations?
At CAASA we have a very high standard for services and amenitites. Therefore, we highly appreciate it when our guests help to maintain the communal areas in our CAASA coliving spaces. In general, we kindly ask you to respect other resident’s individuality and their property. Offer help when you see the need, share your ideas and experiences to connect with your room mates and neighbors as we are a community that values sharing and collaboration.
What is the reservation process for a CAASA accomodation?
All of our available rooms are listed under our location pages. You can book your preferred room in our CAASA hostels via external booking platforms. Alternatively, please contact our service team who will email you the booking link where you can start the reservation process.
Our apartments and coliving spaces are available through local and international renting platforms. In case you use the contact form, we will schedule a call to see how you will fit in CAASA and which home would fit your needs. Once approved, you just have to give your contact details and your deposit to hold a spot. When the holding deposit is paid, all prospective tenants go through referencing checks to approve your eligibility to enter into a tenancy agreement. These checks usually take between 3 to 5 working days to complete and it is your responsibility to provide all supporting documentation required. Once you have passed referencing checks, your first month’s rental payment is payable along with the deposit prior to you moving in.
When I arrive at CAASA , when can I check in?
At CAASA hostels you can check in to your room between 3 pm and 10 pm. There is also the option to arrange an express check-in. When moving in to a CAASA coliving space or an apartment you may schedule a convenient time frame.
What fees do you charge?
When booking a room in our CAASA hostels you have the option to order a continental breakfast. The exact prize will be displayed when booking your room. For the last day of your stay you also have the opportunity to book a late check-out which will be charged with an extra fee as well. In case you cancel your reservation there will be an extra fee which varies in regard to the room category you have chosen. Simply enter your travel dates on your chosen booking platform to make sure you know the requirements of your room category. There are no additional fees in case you want to rent a CAASA coliving space or an apartment as we do not use estate agents.
What room types do you have?
CAASA is a growing hospitality brand and we will offer you a broad mixture of room types, shared spaces and apartment categories in the future. At the moment we offer our guests one- to four-bed rooms in our CAASA hostels. You may choose between standard, deluxe and superior suites. CAASA coliving spaces provide you with shared cluster apartments consisting of 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bed rooms that are suitable for individuals and small teams. CAASA apartments are private studio apartments for individuals and couples.
Do all CAASA rooms come fully-furnished? If so, what is included?
All of our CAASA rooms and spaces are fully furnished. We try to provide you with more than just the quintessentials to make sure you enjoy a convenient lifestyle while travelling and renting. In fact, you don’t have to bring anything when you move in. From kitchen appliances, to utensils, cutlery, mixers, toast machines, plates, pans, cups, hair dryers, steam irons, there is everything available. All CAASA rooms come with utilities included, storage, desk, chair, bedding and towels.
Our specially designed communal spaces slightly vary depending on which CAASA home you live in. However, they are all fully furnished, equipped and maintained to the highest standards.
What's included in the CAASA price?
The CAASA price includes your rent, all bills and utilities, regular room cleaning, on-site support and security, a selection of premium services, discounted access to our events and products as well as a connection to our growing global community.
Are bathrooms shared at all CAASA locations?
Depending on your chosen room category bathrooms are either private or shared. The standard room at CAASA hostels has a shared bathroom for example. In CAASA coliving spaces you have shared bathrooms as well. CAASA apartments come with private bathrooms.
Are their kitchens at CAASA ?
You will find a modern equipped kitchen in all of our CAASA homes around the world.
Is food included at CAASA locations?
Food is not included in CAASA homes. However, you may order a continental breakfast when booking a room in one of our hostels. In addition there are many places to go out to if you don’t prefer cooking in our fully-equipped kitchens and home delivery services work until late night.
Can I see the CAASA coliving space/apartment before I move in?
We would love for you to see our beautiful CAASA coliving spaces and apartments before moving in since it is likely you are going to stay a while. However, we also want to provide privacy to our current residents. That’s why we provide you with pictures and 360° videos of all the rooms that are available to ensure you choose just the right room or apartment. The images in our gallery should give you a general feeling of how a typical apartment might look like as all apartments are furnished in the same beautiful style provided by our inhouse interior designers.
How much is a depostit for a CAASA apartment or room in a coliving space?
We try to minimize deposits to make moving into CAASA homes as frictionless as possible. Deposits vary for each country and city calculated based on 1 to 3 times the monthly rent. The deposit covers all damages to the room or apartment that may occur during your tenancy. The amount will be returned at the end of your stay if everything is in order.
What is the minimum length of CAASA contracts?
In CAASA hostels there is no minimum length of contract. In CAASA coliving spaces it is one month. In our CAASA apartments you may rent from two months.
Can I use CAASA as my permanent adress?
Yes, in case you are a renter of one of our CAASA apartments you can use your address as permanent address when providing personal data to authorites and institutions.
Can I have friends over at my CAASA home?
Yes, you can invite friends over at your CAASA coliving cpace and apartment. Just make sure you respect the personal areas and sleep hours of your room mates and neighbors.
Do you accept pets in all CAASA locations?
We love pets and we would like to welcome pets at all CAASA locations. However, we can only offer you to bring your pet in case of landlord approval. Please contact our on-site managers to ask for permission before you book or rent a CAASA home.
Who are the CAASA on-site managers?
Our on-site managers are carefully selected community and property managers who are continuously working towards your well-being. They are based in the building or nearby and are there to make your stay as convenient as possible by providing exceptional customer service and always going that extra mile to meet your needs.
Is there security at CAASA locations?
All CAASA properties have CCTV and front of house staff. We also offer 24/7 support by local experts to all our guests and tenants.
I am relocating for work. Can my company receive the invoices and pay for my CAASA accomodation?
Yes, we can arrange this. We work directly with several businesses to make relocating as easy as possible for employees. Please provide us with your companies details and we will arrange the correct and save payment requirements, so you don’t have to.
